I usually have a fine experience here, but feel compelled to write a review about a particular employee today (6/4/17 12:45 PM). I didn't get his name, but he's 45-50 yrs old with grayish hair. He was very impatient and rude to every customer. I was third in line. He was almost yelling at each customer "WHAT KIND OF BREAD? HOW MANY SANDWICHES??" and if you didn't respond in literally 1 second he would repeat what he just said. The lady in front of me ordered a chicken salad. He said "what kind of salad?" She said "Umm, a regular one." He then said "yea but what kind of meat??" she replied just as loud as he had been speaking the whole time. " Umm, chicken as I said before." Anyway, I could go on. The point is the employee needs to be coached on how to speak with customers. It's obvious he has some sort of personality quirk that will make this difficult. Nonetheless, management and he need to try to remedy this or he's going to push customers away.
