In my opinion, JC Penny can no longer be trusted. I called their customer service number. Ironically, as you wait on hold, a voice reminds you that "Your call is important to us". Close to 1 hour later...really!!!

So, I out waited there staff. They explained that its a busy Monday. What they fail to realize is that if your customers have to wait an hour then you have failed them! You do not have proper staffing. You have not empowered your people to handle the issues quickly and efficiently. I can't get anyone on the phone. When someone does answer they just put me back on hold. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received it.
Update I called headquarters and the lady was very nice she said she would let the GM know what's going on. She also told me my things were at the store to pick up. I was never notified by the store itself. Beaumont Parkdale Mall gets one star.
