If you are interested in building a pool I can highly recommend Cody Pool. We spoke with people at a few other pool companies before deciding on Cody Pool and after meeting with Dane Pearson in the Plano office there was no other option. Dane was a delight to work with in designing our pool. He not only listened to our ideas, but also expanded on them to create something that perfectly suits our personalities and yard.

I had a multitude of questions and worries throughout the building experience and our building superintendent John Chambers was 100% there for us. He answered all of my calls and emails quickly and he patiently and helpfully talked me through each and every process. There was a slight misunderstanding with the clean up crew and John had them back the very next day to fix the problem.

When it came time for the pool school, the knowledgeable Bart Mountjoy set up our pool and was incredibly patient with our many questions. Also the people in the Warranty Department were very helpful with my questions and I feel confident that if in the future anything regarding my pool needs attention they will quickly take care of it.

What stands out the most for me is that every person that I spoke to at Cody Pool loves and takes pride in their job and that says everything about the quality and customer service I experienced with their company.
