It took 2 weeks to deliver but they already told me before buying furniture.

One of the chair of my dining set was defective and they took care of it very well.

Had to replace a bookcase, which we had purchased a protection plan for. The original bookcase is no longer in stock so we were given the option to receive a cash payout or a generous amount towards the purchase a different product. The process has been very smooth; today we worked with Eddie Deeb at the Frisco, Texas location to buy our new one. It was very quick and easy. He was very helpful and took care of everything for us.
